These Terms are between you and Technologies JAB S.E.N.C., operating as JAB Systems ("JAB Systems", "we", "us"), a business registered in Québec (NEQ 3382306705). Please read them carefully before using our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

JAB Systems provides marketing, website development, and software automation services specifically tailored for home service contractors. The specific details of your service will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or requesting services
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a subscription basis as described on our Pricing page. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. You can cancel at any time. There is no long-term contract.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JAB Systems and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JAB Systems, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Québec.
